Do you ever feel like your life is manic, crazy, stressful, hectic or out of control? Then this book is for you! This journal is a place where you can share with others what you do to de-stress. How do you relax? How do you chill out? What calms you down? How can you make your life less stressful? Does a song help? A scent? A memory? A dream? A book? Add your entry on as many pages as you like – give us all some tips on how to let go! When all pages are filled, return to BMID: renarossner. Thanks!

Cliches of Life

What exactly is a Cliché? According to many a dictionary, is considered “An expression that is so often used that it has lost its original power of use.” This interactive journal has a familiar cliché on each and every page, along with its’ true meaning.

The purpose of this journal is for you to make up your own meaning! Make us smile, make us laugh, make us cry, or simply make us wonder Where in heaven’s name you could have come up with such an idea! (LOL)

This is your time to share with your Bookmooch friends What a unique thought process you have when it comes to clichés.

All I ask is to not to change anyone’s work, or write over it, or cover it up. Keep within the two week time limit, and then post it to have some one else mooch it.

When this journal is full, please send it back to Debbie Hoggan (Bookmooch ID: hogganclan)

Alcohol, Party-Time Necessity

One of my favorite songs from the Barenaked Ladies begins with these lines:
Alcohol, my permanent accessory
Alcohol, a party-time necessity
Alchool, alternative to feeling like yourself
O Alcohol, I still drink to your health

Now, I am not one to condone excessive drinking or alcoholism, but let’s face it – a cocktail now and again ain’t too bad! This book is for gathering recipes for your favorite cocktails, whether a local specialty, a family tradition or a drink available at every bar around the world!

Please include any stories you may have about the drink – did you meet your future husband? Throw a glass of it on your mother? Drink it every birthday? – and if possible, add some illustrations! Loosen up and run wild with this journal!

Dreams of the Forbidden Kingdom

Journey across the Pacific Ocean to the land of China, and take a virtual tour through its past and present. Pick one of the famous tourist sites – The Great Wall, the Forbidden City, the Terracotta Warriors – and tell us of its history, significance and beauty. Or share tales from China’s past. Regale us with the history of the first Emperor’s reign. Tell us Chinese folklore that has been told for countless generations. Show off your favorite dragon or phoenix. If you’ve visited China in the past or will go int he future, share with us your travels! Vacation pictures, where you went, what you thought…etc!

Paint us a picture, sing us a song…just share with us your dream of China.

Newbies of BookMooch

This is a new journal dedicated to being a newbie on BookMooch! Everyone has seen some comic behavior or as I have been the comic newbie. This book will be donated to BookMooch leader Jon Buckman to use to promote BookMooch activities and help new members.

There will be donation forms in the latter part of the journal to allow you to participate in giving some of your worldly advise to BookMooch or to opt out of sharing your story. Opting out is not encouraged but totally up to you.

Fill the pages with fun, comics, drawings, art related to new mooching, stories or hints for new members. This is to celebrate my 200th friend on BookMooch and how much friends mean in a vast world of books in a lovely environment such as BookMooch.

International mooching is mandatory (so either be willing to locate an angel)or send the journal internationally in the spirit of BookMooch. Newbie participation is greatly encouraged. Hey! I think I am still considered a newbie so if I can do it, any newbie can! *grins*

Have fun most of all. Do whatever talent you have and know whatever it is will be considered wonderful! Create, smile, have fun!

Please try to complete and pass this journal on within 2 weeks (including delivery and creative time). Once the little book of wealth is almost finished with your worldly experience or comic adventures, please pass it on. Once it is almost complete, please contact me: BM ID ArtsyAngel2007 so I may mooch this book and send on to our leader and friend. I am so excited to see what everyone does! Have as much fun doing this as I did planning it 🙂
