Water water everywhere and not a drop to drink!

Love Water? Me Too. This is a journal about anything to do with water, helpful hints, words, poems, stories, artwork. What lies beneath the waves? What did you find on the beach or river bank? What kinds of aquatic life lives in your lake/pond?
Also included, pages 6-9, a place to add water book recommendations.
Water has always held a special fascination for me, what’s in it, what lies beneath the waves, what has been discovered, what has not, and how the world see water in general. Add your stories here.

Found Art

My daughter and I love to journal and be creative so we’re creating a set of journals on various subjects to celebrate shared art and creativity.
This journal is blank and ready to be filled with whatever you consider to be found art – food wrappers, tickets, flyers, art you create from these, newspaper, photographs, words you’re inspired to write, graffitti 🙂
The first few pages have some ‘found art’ in already and you’re welcome to add any art, words, stories, poems, songs, doodles or photos of your own.
Use as many or as few pages as you’d like to share your found art.
Please don’t alter anyone else’s work.
Please make your entry and then relist here within two weeks.
Have fun!
When this journal is complete please reserve it for me and I will mooch it back from you. If you are unable to complete the journal within time or have any issues with it please contact me here and I’ll mooch it back again.

This journal has been returned to brella as her daughter became seriously ill. The slideshow includes all entries made before it was returned.

Fantasy Favorites

I love to read fantasy but I am having a harder time finding good books lately so I’m looking for recommendations from other people who love fantasy. What is your all time favorite fantasy book? I’m looking for that book that you just couldn’t put down, that sucked you right into the world, and why you loved it. If you love fantasy but your all time favorite book is from another genre and you think it would appeal to a fantasy reader then you can add that. If you have two favorites that you can’t decide between add them both. When this journal is full please send it back to Userid: layladawna

Secrets

This journal is based on the website PostSecret.com. On the site, people send anonymous postcards to the owner, telling secrets they would never reveal to anyone. So this journal works the same way: You write down and illustrate a secret of yours, and then you send the book along. Feel free to sign with your name, but you absolutely don’t have to – they are secrets after all.Take as many pages as you want, but don’t alter anyone else’s work. Relist and send the journal along as soon as possible after receiving it. When the book is full, please contact me (Hannah; BMid: hanhel) so that I can mooch it back from you.Reviews: Hannah (Israel) (2010/12/14):I threw in a few secrets from the website so that also the first few users secrets can stay anonymous.

Not sure why, but this journal never had the link attached to send journallers to its entry here, and now it appears to be retained by an inactive and unresponsive journaller.

Colours, that are but skin-deep: in the pink.

The title of this journal comes from a well-known phrase “in the pink” meaning in good health or good heart. The first part of the title is a quotation from Matthew Henry (1662-1714) from his Commentaries, Genesis:’Many a dangerous temptation comes to us in gay, fine colours, that are but skin-deep.’

Pink is a colour that inspires love and hate. I can remember my younger son refusing to wear anything with pink in it, but his niece wanted an entirely pink room when she was little. Please draw, paint, stick pictures, write poetry or just give us your ideas about pink. This website may give you some ideas.

Please keep to the normal two weeks for making your entry and relisting this journal with the number on the inside front cover. Please keep the track of its progress by always mooching normally – if you wish to give someone points back for an unavoidable delay or some personal reason, get them to mooch it as usual and then return points. That way it can be traced through its mooch history. If you have not seen the places where journalling is described and its rules laid out please look at:

I challenge you to use this stuff!

The idea of this journal is simple: When you receive it, check out the envelope on the first page; you will find five small pictures. Use those pictures in your entry – write about them, incorporate them in your artwork, make a collage; whatever you want. Then add five new pictures to the envelope for the next person to use – you can draw them yourself, print them or cut them out of a magazine; again, it’s all about your ideas.Be as creative as you want, but please don’t alter anyone else’s work. Please relist and send the journal along as soon as possible after receiving it. When it’s full, contact me (Hannah, BMid: hanhel) so that I can mooch it back from you.

My Favourite Fairies

Please take as many pages as you like to tell me about your favourite fairies.

Ask me anything

This is an interactive journal. It’s a simple question and answer game. When you get the journal, read the question the last person has written, write your answer to it, and then make up a new question for the next moocher.
A few rules for journaling:1) Use as many pages as you want for your entry, but don’t alter anyone else’s work.2) I suggest you relist this journal on your inventory immediately after marking it received (since you’ll already be on Bookmooch anyway :)) – this will make the journal available as soon as possible for other moochers, and remind you to make an entry. Don’t worry about time pressure – you can always tell a moocher that it will take you a little longer to send out their book.3) When the book is full, please contact me (Hannah; BMID: hanhel), and I will mooch it back from you. If you are having trouble getting the book back out to someone, feel free to contact me as well, I will try to find a solution.
