For a New Vegetarian

My doctor recently told me to look at a vegetarian diet because of high cholesterol. My daughter has been a vegetarian for a few years, but it’s
something new to me. Can you help me with stories or recipes for good
veggie meals or hints for sticking to a vegetarian diet? Words, pictures
or art welcome!
