Day: morning, mid-day, afternoon.

This journal celebrates all aspects of day-time. It follows on from the first journal: “dawn, daybreak, sunrise”. Poetry, prose, art work, photos, stories, memories, facts…
Please make your entry wherever you please, and in whatever form you like.

Please read my journaling guidelines in my bio, and be willing to comply with them.

Make your entry within two weeks,

Re-list and re-send promptly, where-ever it is requested.

Notify me so I can mooch it back if it is completed, needs repairs or needs extra pages added.

I try to keep my journals light for economic posting, and can rebind with extra pages and binders as needed.

I add the weight to my condition notes, so if you think you can’t afford to resend it you know before requesting. This will need altering as extra material is added, please!

Missing words mixtionary.

This is a journal for those words that ought to exist and don’t. The words that blend two existing words and have a subtle and fuller meaning than either of the words they are derived from: words like repoleater – the person who overeats to please the hostess; abscents – the unmistakeable smells of fear; woeffle – the ramblings of a student who does not know the answer to a question but thinks big words and long sentences will obscure this lack.

Put your entry/entries wherever seems appropriate.

Rules:
Don’t alter anyone else’s work.
Keep for no more than two weeks.
Relist promptly.
Be willing to send anywhere it is requested.

When the journal is complete please reserve it for me and I will mooch it back. If repairs are needed please let me know.

Please see my journaling conditions in my bio.

The Book of Water.

This is a journal for all things water-related. Without water our planet  would be barren and without ‘life as we know it’.

I love the sound of water, water splashing in a fountain, gurgling from a spring, a tinkling stream, the sound of surging flood water in a river, the crash of waves in the sea, the calm tranquility of a lake. I like water to drink, and I use it to encourage my vegetables to grow. Sometimes there is too little, sometimes too much, but it is a precious resource and we need to conserve it and look after it.

This journal is for anything and everything to do with water.

Please read my journalling guidelines in my bio:

Relist within two weeks of receiving the journal, and send out promptly when it is requested, wherever it is asked for. Please keep journals circulating and keep them in good repair. If repairs or extra pages are needed, or it is full, let me know and I will mooch it back and do what is necessary.

This journal was kept by its first moocher who is inactive, but has just been sent on with others that she had kept, and will return to circulation.

Poetry & Nature.

I found this unused diary when clearing up books brought from my in-laws’ house. It seemed too good to throw away but has enough blank space to accommodate poetry about the months & / or the nature displayed in Edith Holden’s Nature Notes words & paintings.
I’d like the paintings to remain visible, and poetry or prose added where seems most appropriate.
Please read my journaling guidelines in my bio – and keep the journal moving!
I will upload images to the journal site whenever it returns to me. Please contact me to remooch it back when complete.

July – next July we collide with Mars?

July is the seventh of a set of journals I am creating to celebrate the months of the year. These will be released month by month.
They are for anything to do with the month: why you like or dislike it, what it means to you, poems, books, artwork, music, songs, photographs, stories:- whatever you are inspired to do.

Put your entry wherever seems appropriate.

Rules:

Don’t alter anyone else’s work.

Keep for no more than two weeks.

Relist promptly.

Be willing to send anywhere it is requested.

When the journal is complete please reserve it for me and I will mooch it back. If pages start to come loose let me know please, and I can mooch it back and remake the book and repair as necessary.
