Amazing Mazes

The populations of the United Kingdom and the United States seem to have a particular fascination with mazes. If they interest you, then this is the journal for you! Please make your entry and relist within two weeks, and be prepared to send it wherever requested promptly. I will mooch it back when it is complete @ tennantfamily:UK. Enjoy it, and make your entry where you wish, whether your interest is in their history, place in literature, as garden ornaments, or artistic devices bit respect the work of others. Some pages are coloured, some white to accommodate direct entries or those glued or pasted in. I do hope you enjoy this subject as much as I do!

January – the blackest month in the year?

BMJournal January is the first of a set of journals I am creating to celebrate the months of the year. These will be released month by month. They are for anything to do with the month: why you like or dislike it, what it means to you, poems, books, artwork, music, songs, photographs, stories:- whatever you are inspired to do.
Put your entry wherever seems appropriate. A couple of my pages do invite you to add extra information you may have.
Rules:
Don’t alter anyone else’s work.
Keep for no more than two weeks.
Relist promptly.
Be willing to send anywhere it is requested.

When the journal is complete please reserve it for me and I will mooch it back. If pages start to come loose let me know please, and I can mooch it back and remake the book and repair as necessary.

-Gill (tennantfamily)

This journal was amongst those retained by an inactive and unresponsive journaller. I am recreating it, January 2012. If the original resurfaces (listings starting with Nicole and ending with Velcrodog) please contact me. I can amalgamate the two editions.

Earliest Memories

Earliest Memories is a handmade, paper-over-card book, with sewn pages. Smallish and light it will fit in an A5 envelope.

This journal is for you to record your earliest memories. You can do this in words or pictures or both. Please enjoy the journal, but respect the work of other moochers, and please be willing to relist promptly and send to anyone requesting it, even if you normally don’t post abroad. When it is full please email me at tennantfamily:UK, and I will mooch it back from you, and list it as completed.

Please do not alter anyone else’s contribution, and try to relist within two weeks of receipt. I have wishlisted it to keep track of its movements and will mooch it back if the person who completes it will contact me. (Gill Tennant – tennantfamily:UK)

This journal was mooched new by Laura James:U.K. laurajames and relisted but several requests later it still has not been sent onwards. A new version ‘Another Rainbow’ has been created.

Super “steps”

I bought this silk-covered Nepalese book with its hand-made pages, to create a journal to give to my step-granddaughter on her 18th birthday in September 2012. It is a place to put happy memories of relationships you have experienced between children and their step-parents or parents and their step-children or grandchildren in step-relationships. Let’s dispel the fairy-story wicked step-mother or step-father myth and replace it with some real-life relationships that developed well and happily! Please respect the work of other moochers and reserve it for me to mooch it back in good time to give it to her for her September 2012 birthday please!

Grand memories of grandparents

I have created this journal in a small silk-covered Nepalese book with hand-made pages. It is for my granddaughter, and I want to give it to her on her 21st birthday in July 2012. It is a place to put memories, drawings and stories etc. about grandfathers and grandmothers. Please respect the work of others, and make sure it is reserved for me to arrive here at the latest by June 2012.

-Gill (tennantfamily)

The second moocher seems to have posted this from Germany to the US in April but it has not arrived. I am really sad as it was to be a gift for my granddaughter.

Flower Memories

I’ve always loved flowers and they still have a vivid place in my memory. So many things I can remember, like time at my Grandma’s house, have flowers attached to them. Share your flower memories with us in pictures or words. Please don’t alter the work of others! Return to jfit, Jenny Stafford, when full.

The Nature Journal

I love nature. Hiking through the woods or just sitting in the sunshine makes my day so much better. Is there something you enjoy doing outside? Do you have
a favorite nature place to visit, a favorite cause or outside activity that you enjoy? Anything about nature goes! Please share it in words or pictures – just don’t write or draw over the work of others. When journal is full, please return to jfit, Jenny Stafford.
